Rules of Participation

SCRATCH AND MATCH GAME RULES

How to enter the contest:

1. Individuals are eligible to win credit towards the purchase of a new or used car (no minimum and up to $50,000) between June 12th and July 31st, 2025(Qualified Promotion Period) at any of Sames Auto Group dealerships.
2. No purchase necessary to win. Purchasing anything will not increase your odds of winning; your chances remain equal to those who participate without making a purchase.
3. One card per household.
4. To qualify for a “Scratch and Match card”, individuals must perform a test drive, schedule an appointment with a sales representative, or have paid in full a repair order over $100 during the Qualified Promotion Period.
5. Customers can scratch SIX (6) AND ONLY SIX (6) squares for a chance to win. All SIX (6) squares must reveal identical winning “STACKS of BILLS” symbols (in any rotation) under each and every scratched surface.
6. Should you correctly scratch SIX (6) squares revealing the same symbol, Sames Auto Group will submit the qualified ticket and the winning customer will receive store credit on the amount specified on the Card, that will be used towards the purchase of a new or used car on the store that issues the scratch and match card. 
7. Contest prizes are not transferable. Prizes may not be substituted for or redeemed for cash.
8. Customers must pay standard delivery charges (if applicable) and State and/or local taxes.

Selection and Notification of Winners:

9. In the event you have a winning scratch card, please submit it immediately to the dealership to initiate the confirmation process. Allow up to five (5) business days for your credit to be available.
10. Cards that are manipulated, altered, forged, hand printed, water damaged, mutilated, tampered with in any way, or which contain any computer programming, printing, mechanical or typographical errors, will be considered void and will not be eligible for prize redemption.
11. Scratch card is void if more than six (6) squares are revealed in whole or in part. If there are any additional marks or scratches on the card, other than the SIX (6) revealed squared, the card will be considered void and will nto be eligible for prize redemption.
12. The Winner will be responsible for paying title, tax, and license for the car selected.
13. Sames Auto Group reserves the right to stop this promotion at any time, without notice.

Conditions:

14. Names and likenesses of promotion winner(s) may be used by Sames Auto Group and Odds On Promotions for promotional purposes without further compensation. All information will be used by Sames Auto Group and its affiliates with promotional purposes. Will not be shared or sold to with any third party.
15. A maximum (1) grand prize(s) will be awarded per store. Grand prize winner must accept delivery from sponsor, or as otherwise instructed by sponser. All other costs related to prize delivery and acceptance is the responsibility of the winner including but not limited to all federal state and local taxes. All properly claimed prizes will be awarded. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash redemption or prize substitution allowed, except at sponsor's sole discretion or as provided herein. Sponsor reserved the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable.
16. Grand prize winner(s) will be required to complete and return a W-9 form (if prize value exceeds $600.00), affidavit of eligibility, and liability/publicity release, and present a valid driver’s license and social security card before prize will be awarded. Winners of prizes greater than $600.00 will be issued a 1099 form reflecting the value of the prize(s) and are responsible for paying all income taxes on prize(s). Pursuant to the liability release, the winners will agree to hold Odds On Promotions, Sames Auto Group, its licensee, their affiliated companies and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the contest.
17. Failure to comply with contest rules will result in disqualification.
18. All Prior sales and Commercial sales are exempt from this promotion.
19. Employees and former employees of Sames Auto Group, and Odds-on promotions, their children or anyone living at their address are not eligible to participate in this sales promotion.
20. Sames Auto Group is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, offering or administration of the contest or in the announcement of prizes.
21. Your odds of receiving a winning scratch card are 100%. If you receive a winning card and correctly scratch six matching symbols, you will win the stated prize”. The location and orientation of the winning and non-winning symbols within the scratch off areas may rotate.

SECOND DRAWING RULES: WIN A 2025 BRONCO SPORT

1. All Individuals who participated in the Scratch and Match are eligible to enter a second drawing for a chance to win a 2025 Ford Bronco Sport.
2. No purchase is necessary to win.
3. Individuals are responsible to properly fill out the back of the card with their contact information and place it on the sealed boxes at each showroom. By submitting their information, they agree to receive marketing communication from Sames Auto Group.
4. Drawing will be held 10 business days after the Qualified Promotion Period has ended.
5. Only one (1) winner will be chosen from all scratch and match cards gathered across participating store locations.
6. The winner will be responsible for Title, Tax and License.
7. The winner must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid US Driver License.
8. The winner will be required to complete and return a W-9 form, affidavit of eligibility, and liability/publicity release, and present a valid driver’s license and social security card before the prize will be awarded. Winners of prizes greater than $600.00 will be issued a 1099 form reflecting the value of the prize(s) and are responsible for paying all income taxes on prize(s).
